We comply with the privacy requirements
of the data protection law of the United Kingdom. Consequently, we
will only release information to: |

ii. Upon proof of your death, to the people authorised by you.
Our requirements for your identification or that of the
people authorised by you to receive your information upon your death
will depend upon the requirements of the law as it then is, and will
be available upon request. |

We rely for our information upon the
membership questionnaire which you complete.
We have no
means of checking the data provided and so we accept no liability for
any errors in it. |

By subscribing to this service, you:
i. guarantee
to us that none of the information which you supply for storage is defamatory or otherwise infringes the rights of any other
person (“prohibited material”); and
ii. indemnify
us against all liability for any prohibited material you supply and
which is reproduced in our database; and
iii. if
there is any such prohibited material, authorise us to destroy such
part or the whole of the record as we consider appropriate when the
presence of alleged prohibited material is drawn to our attention. |

Our obligation to retain the
information you supply is to continue only for such time as you
continue to pay the relevant renewal fee. After the expiry of one
month following your failure to renew membership by paying the
relevant renewal fee, we may destroy the information
supplied by you any related records held by us concerning that
information. If subsequently you renew your membership, then we
may charge an initial fee for re-processing your information. |

Once we are notified of your death, we
will in any event retain your information for a further period of one
year. |

We reserve the right to alter our fee
scales from time to time. |

7. |
The
company is not responsible
for carrying out your wishes. Our responsibility is confined
to supplying the information you have given us to the persons authorised by
you. |

Upon payment of the relevant fee and
compliance by you with our standard requirements, we will amend the
information which we store on your behalf in accordance with your
requirements. |

9. |
Upon written request from you we will
cancel your membership and destroy the information stored about you
from our system. We will require that you submit such details as we
request in order to verify that the request has come from you. The
furnishing of those details to us together with the written request
will be sufficient authority for us to act upon the request.
